What we offer
Roof surveys with a written report, planning and installation of residential solar systems and home batteries, and upkeep such as panel cleaning and inverter checks, in each case as described in the written quote for the project. Nothing is sold through this website: it has no shop and no checkout.
Prices
There is no price list. Each project is quoted individually in Japanese yen in writing after a site survey, and the quote shows whether consumption tax is included. Whether a site survey itself is charged, and the amount, is stated in writing before a visit is booked.
Charges besides the price
If a project involves charges besides our price, for example fees that the power company collects for a grid-connection application, the quote lists them or says who pays them. Nothing is added later without your written agreement.
Payment
The payment method, the amounts due and the dates are written in the quote or contract. No payment is taken on this website.
Timing of the work
The start and the completion of the work are agreed in the contract after the survey. Dates and lead times mentioned elsewhere on this website are general and are not promises.
Cancellation and returns
A survey request or an enquiry can be dropped at any time before you accept a quote, at no cost to you apart from a survey fee if one was stated in writing beforehand. Cancellation after a contract is signed follows the terms of that contract. Where the law gives you a right to cancel a contract signed at your home, the contract documents say so and we follow it.
Defects and warranty
Manufacturers' warranties for equipment and our warranty for workmanship are stated in the quote or contract. We do not state warranty periods on this website.
Important limits
Estimates of output or savings are estimates, not guarantees. FIT rates and subsidy programmes are set by the government and by local authorities and change; we do not state amounts here. The qualifications and registrations of whoever carries out the electrical work are named in the quote, and you may ask for them in writing before signing.
How an enquiry becomes a contract
An enquiry is not an order. After the survey we send a written quote, and a contract exists only once you have accepted that quote in writing and we have confirmed it. Until then you owe us nothing, except a survey fee if one was stated in writing before the visit.
Where we work
We do not state a service area. Whether we can visit and install at your property is confirmed by email before a survey is booked.
